General Description
The West Clem is primarily a seasonal desert ranch with an excellent location. The house, range improvements and shipping facilities are in very good condition. The house is 768 sq. ft. and was recently remodeled with concrete floor, plastered walls and metal roof. The ranch is well watered with 8 permanent waters. The shipping corrals and traps are new along with all water lots. In addition, the perimeter fence has been recently rebuilt.
The shipping corrals are easily accessed by cattle truck and includes 5 ton livestock scales. The ranch is perimeter fenced with holding traps at the shipping pens. Most of the livestock waters are within a large trap and have triggers.
