Inspection (The ranch showing)
We will go with you to personally inspect a ranch you consider buying in Arizona or New Mexico. We will use our pickups, utv’s and even horseback to ensure you adequately view and inspect any part of the ranch property. Discussion of every aspect of ranch management systems, pasture rotation, water rights and use, access, feed, livestock shipping, etc. will be considered minimizing risk and maximizing the possibility of owning your perfect ranch, farm or investment property.
Using our actual hands-on experience with rural and ranch properties, we will help you identify ranch resources to optimize your ranching experience. Referral to governmental agencies and programs to help explore and obtain range and water improvement resources, drought relief programs, and funding plans will help maximize the operation of your ranch. Our extensive resource database includes individuals from private entities ranging from agricultural mortgage specialists, drought insurance programs, livestock sale barns, equipment vendors, cattle buyers, etc.
We represent your interests throughout the entire process. From our initial consultation to closing at the title company, we put your interests first. Once we find a ranch that fits your needs, we will assist in your due diligence, access, water rights, mineral rights, grazing permits , and valuation to enhance your ranch buying experience. Prior to closing the deal, we assist in transferring every aspect of a ranch sale from public land grazing leases, to water and mineral rights, and access. If livestock are included, we assist by identifying and transferring ownership by inspection, bill of sale and brand conveyance.
